She has performed with numerous orchestras and music festivals across the country. She has held leadership positions with the Canton Symphony Orchestra, Youngstown Symphony and Firelands Symphony, and is a regular substitute with the Cleveland Orchestra. Holly has a passion for people and connection. Naturally, when she found yoga, it was love at first breath. Since then, she's completed her 200 E-RYT & 300 RYT. Holly embraces teaching, leading workshops, leading Yoga Teacher Training and helping many individuals develop tools through their own practices. Holly founded a non-profit organization onelove.yoga that brings yoga and mindfulness into schools & communities. She strives to cultivate a personal sense of love, connection and encouragement through each class she leads & connection she makes. When she isn’t teaching yoga in Schools or running daily operations for onelove.yoga, Holly can be found on an adventure with her family, or caring for her mini farm, giant garden or plethora of houseplants at home.
Violinist Hanna Landrum, who will perform live during class, created a playlist of music for yoga—listen to get a sense for what yoga at Orchestra Hall will feel like and use it in your at-home practice! "To me, the best music for yoga is something that transports you into a sound world you want to just be saturated in for a while, but still gives enough harmonic tension that there’s something to push through during a difficult pose," Hanna says. "I built my playlist around this concept—I hope it gives you exactly that!"
