Hands flying on a keyboard. Feet whirling across a stage. A blur of mallets in action. Summer at Orchestra Hall 2023 is four weeks of programming celebrating motion. Minnesota Orchestra Creative Partner and pianist Jon Kimura Parker returns alongside our summer Artist in Residence, the pioneering breaking collective BRKFST Dance Company, to share a summer of music that moves us.
Like the sweeping gestures of a dancer to a butterfly’s meandering to the triumphant flight of a legendary firebird, this summer will stir your mind, body and spirit.

Come early and enjoy a delicious Bubbles and Bites package prepared by Wandering Kitchen featuring a charcuterie box with cured meats, house-made pickles, olives, pimento cheese and crackers. These savory treats are paired with an assortment of French macarons and a bottle of your choice of bubbles, wine or a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage..
