Dawning Light
Sun Dec 4, 2022
Orchestra Hall
The 35th annual St. Thomas Christmas unfurls with "Dawning Light." The concert honors the persistent hope and resilience of our community with over 200 student performers in Chamber Singers, Donne Unite, Concert Choir, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, and String Orchestra. Jazz Singers will provide entertainment in the lobby, and a prelude by Brass Choir and Guitar Ensemble will be given on stage prior to the concert. All proceeds support students' international learning and performing opportunities in the arts.
The University of St. Thomas Department of Music and Center for the Common Good, in partnership with Catholic Charities Twin Cities, will collect new, adult size, waterproof mittens and gloves at this event. Size large, neutral-colored mittens and gloves are preferred. These items will be offered throughout the season to community members in need. Thank you for your generosity, as you are able.
Please note: The Orchestra Hall Box Office is pleased to provide ticket services for this event. The Minnesota Orchestra does not perform on this program. All artists, programs, prices, dates and times are subject to change. Prices listed include a $32 ticket and a non-discountable $4 facility fee. There are no service charges for in-person transactions at Orchestra Hall. There is a $5 service charge per transaction for all phone and online orders.
