Elf in Concert 2022

with the Minnesota Orchestra

Sat Dec 17 — Sun Dec 18, 2022

Orchestra Hall

~ 2 hrs including a 20 min intermission

Buddy was accidentally transported to the North Pole as a toddler, and raised among Santa’s elves. This holiday season Buddy travels to New York—with the Minnesota Orchestra! Experience John Debney’s wonderful score as the full film plays on the big screen.

A Few Things to Know

  1. An instant classic: This highly anticipated holiday film became the eighth-highest-grossing Christmas movie ever made and introduced audiences to favorite quotes such as “Santa! I know him!” and “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.”
  2. While Will Ferrell had gained acclaim as a cast member of Saturday Night Live and as part of a few SNL-related movies, Elf's release in 2003 (and his portrayal as Frank the Tank in Old School earlier in that same year) catapulted Ferrell into his status as one of Hollywood's most popular comedy film actors.

This film is rated PG.  Parental guidance suggested – Some material may not be suitable for children.
