Behind the Scenes of Immortal Beethoven
"Theater doesn't answer questions, it only asks them," says The Moving Company's Steven Epp—part of the team that's bringing a brand new musical play and ponder of Ludwig van Beethoven's life to the Orchestra Hall stage Saturday, July 30, as part of Summer at Orchestra Hall 2022: The Beethoven Influence. He's joined by stage director and writer Dominique Serrand, writer and actor Nathan Keepers, actor Sarah Agnew and the Minnesota Orchestra for Immortal Beethoven, with Sarah Hicks conducting.
"How did he do it?" "What was he hearing in his head?" "How did it work?" "What made him who he was?" "Why does it move us?"
These are just a few of the questions we'll pose together.
Don't miss Immortal Beethoven with The Moving Company and the Minnesota Orchestra Saturday, July 30 at Orchestra Hall.
