Orchestra Hall
The Music and Mindfulness series explores the intersection of music and mindfulness while allowing audience members to experience performances by Minnesota Orchestra musicians in an intimate and engaging setting. This year, each evening of the series will highlight one of the foundational aspects of mindfulness: intention, attention and attitude. The interplay of music and mindfulness will be explored through Orchestra performances, informative presentations, brief guided meditations and discussion. Both music and mindfulness have been demonstrated to enhance wellbeing. The two are combined throughout this series to support audiences and performers alike in deepening their personal wellbeing and their appreciation of music.
