Musician Visits

Interested in bringing Minnesota Orchestra musicians to your organization? We offer free in-person musician visits to schools (pre-K through 12, college or university), afterschool programs, arts organizations, community centers, healthcare facilities and other nonprofits located within 25 miles of Orchestra Hall. For the 2021-22 season, we are also offering free digital musician visits to organizations throughout the state of Minnesota.

Visits are prioritized based on alignment between Orchestra and community goals, as well as musician availability. Please complete our inquiry form if you would like to request an individual musician or small ensemble visit. Our staff will respond to your inquiry within 7-10 business days.

Please note: In order to ensure the safest possible experience for our musicians and community, we are currently offering in-person visits only to sites where everyone can provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the visit; masking is also required. This policy will be in effect until further notice. If you cannot meet these criteria, we encourage you to request a digital visit instead.
