Nancy Boler has been a yoga teacher since 1999. She draws from her background in Kripalu yoga, Iyengar yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. Her class instruction focuses on breathing and feeling the body, rather than thinking about the body; developing a natural joyful curiosity; and reawakening wisdom. She firmly believes that generating a feeling of patience and loving awareness is possible and will benefit everyone.
