Known for his thrilling performances, conductor Kellen Gray is one of the foremost experts and interpreters of the music of African-diasporic composers, for whom he is a passionate advocate and champion. Joined by jazz vocalist Imani-Grace Cooper, Gray leads the Orchestra in our annual Juneteenth concert that honors the rich legacy of Black artistry and creative expression.
