Presenting Sound Unbound, a multi-year project offering highly visual, creative experiences in the concert hall.

We kick off the project this spring with Bluebeard's Castle, featuring creative direction from Adam Larsen. A collaborator with opera companies from Santa Fe to Los Angeles, Larsen incorporates lighting design and digital projections to create a deeply atmospheric, highly immersive experience for audiences.

We'll open the 2026-27 season with Stravinsky's Firebird, brought to life through life through evocative video, graphics and lighting by London-based creative designer Tal Rosner, a BAFTA-winning video artist known for establishing striking visual worlds in concert, theatrical, museum and dance performances.

Then, in May 2027, Adam Larsen returns to create dramatic, visual moods for performances of Puccini's Tosca, and in 2028, he'll do the same for Richard Strauss' Elektra.
