Top chefs meet musical masterminds in a one-of-a-kind event. Local talent create amazing dishes while the Minnesota Orchestra performs live under the direction of Sarah Hicks.

  • The cooking demonstrations will be projected on the big screen so everyone has a great view.
  • Conductor Sarah Hicks is a self-described “huge foodie.” Conceiving this event, she was inspired by the creative similarities between chefs and musicians and wanted to create an experience that would “engage all of our senses.”
  • A few lucky audience members will be invited onstage to try some of the evening’s creations.
  • Arrive early for concerts throughout the festival and enjoy our $5 Happy Hour along with food, fun and free entertainment.
