This program is part of Minnesota Orchestra's American Expressions festival, celebrating and exploring this country’s bold, imaginative and diverse classical music tradition.

Student Immigration Experiences Exhibit

Student Immigration Experiences Exhibit

When: Pre-concert and Post-concert
Where: Roberta Mann Grand Foyer
This exhibition features original artworks by Saint Paul Public Schools LEAP High School students, created as part of a partnership program with the Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia) and the Tenement Museum in New York City. Guided by teachers Jill Michell and Anne Lowe, the students shared their own stories of immigration through art-making and writing.
