In these performances, the Minnesota Orchestra and Minnesota Chorale pay tribute to the memory of soprano Krista Sandstrom, who sang with the Chorale from January 2000 until her unexpected death on June 1, 2017. Krista was rehearsing with the Chorale for this program. Her chair on the choral risers has been left empty in tribute and loving memory.
