Canadian Brass: Christmas Time is Here
Canadian Brass
has an international reputation as one of today’s most popular brass ensembles.
Famed for its uniquely engaging stage presence and rapport with audiences, the quintet performs
music ranging from the Baroque to Dixieland, including brass standards, new compositions and
more than 600 arrangements created for the group. With a discography of more than 130 albums,
including several videos, the ensemble continues to score hits on the Billboard charts.
Through four decades of performances, Canadian Brass has been an important pioneer in bringing
brass music to audiences throughout the U.S., Canada, Japan and Europe. It has also toured South
America, the Soviet Union, the Middle East and Australia. It was the first brass ensemble from the
West to perform in China, as well as the first brass group to take the main stage at Carnegie Hall.
The group’s five members are exclusive artists for Conn-Selmer Musical Instruments. They play on
state-of-the-art 24-karat gold plated Artisan Bach and Conn horns, handcrafted in the U.S. Their sheet
music, published with Hal Leonard Corporation, and their recordings for Opening Day Entertainment
Group are available at canadianbrassstore.com. For more information, visit canadianbrass.com.
