Seth Keeton
, King Balthazar

Seth Keeton has performed with numerous
opera companies, including the Minnesota
Opera, Glimmerglass
Opera, Fort Worth
Opera, Mill City
Summer Opera and,
in Germany, Theater
Bremen.
Highlights:
In concert, he has soloed
in works ranging from the Mozart and
Verdi Requiems to Beethoven’s Ninth
Symphony. He frequently appears
with the Rochester Aria Group and St.
Catherine Choral Society, and he recently
performed with both the Minnesota Bach
Ensemble and VocalEssence.
Cory Goei
, King Balthazar
(dancer)
Cory Goei began his training at the Grand
Rapids (Michigan) Ballet under Robert
Estner and Charthel
Arthur; during
summers he studied
with the Joffrey Ballet,
Cleveland/San Jose
Ballet and Houston
Ballet. He has danced professionally with
the Grand Rapids Ballet, Dayton Ballet and
Ballet Met and has been a guest performer
with other companies. He currently spends
summers as the principal teacher for Blue
Lake Fine Arts Camp and director of the
Blue Lake International Ballet Ensemble.

Steven Hodulik last appeared as soloist
with the Minnesota Orchestra in Howard
Shore’s
Lord of the
Rings
Symphony,
in the role of King
Aragorn. He sang the
role of the Page in
Amahl and the Night
Visitors
for five seasons with the SPCO.
Additional activities:
Hodulik, a cantor,
section leader and chant precentor at
the Cathedral of St. Paul, sings with
the Apollo Male Chorus, the Gregorian
Singers and the SPCO Chorale.

Nicky Coelho
, Peasant dancer
Nicky Coelho has danced and toured
with Charleston Ballet Theater, Robert
Ivey Ballet and
Mikerline Haitian
Folkloric Dance
Company in New
York. She teaches in
the Twin Cities and
has choreographed several full-length
ballets and original contemporary works.
Background:
She began dancing at age
five with her mother, Sally Hart, and
later studied with the Virginia School of
the Arts, Dance Theatre of Lynchburg,
Maryland Youth Ballet, and at Joffrey
Ballet’s summer intensive in New York.
Shohei Iwahama
, Peasant dancer
Shohei Iwahama danced under the
tutelage of Miyako Kato and eventually
performed for her
company, Miyako
Kato Dance Space.

James Sewell
, choreographer
James Sewell, co-founder and artistic
director of James Sewell Ballet,
has collaborated often with the
Minnesota Orchestra, most recently in
performances of Bernstein’s
Mass
. He
has choreographed more than 70 ballets
for companies in the U.S. and abroad,
including projects with the New York City
Ballet’s Choreographic Institute,
Feld Ballets/NY and the Guthrie Theater.

Sewell, who studied at the
School of American Ballet with David
