Concert Information

Late seating: House staff will seat late-comers at
appropriate pauses determined by the conductor.
n
The Minnesota Orchestra strives to make its
performances and venue accessible to all
patrons. Please let us know if you have a special
need and we will be happy to accommodate.
n
A hearing enhancement system and, for select
performances, large print programs are available
free of charge at the Audience Services Office
near the Marquette Ave. entrance.
n
First aid supplies are available, and staff with first
aid training are in attendance at most concerts.
Please ask an usher for assistance.
n
Allergies/chemical sensitivities: in consideration
for those seated near you who may have allergies
or chemical sensitivities, we encourage you to
refrain from using strong perfumes and colognes.
n
Cameras and recording equipment are strictly
prohibited. Please turn off all electronic devices.
n
To help reduce distracting noises and enhance
the concert experience, please ask ushers for
complimentary cough suppressant tablets.
n
No smoking of any kind is allowed in Orchestra Hall.
n
Orchestra Hall prohibits guns on the premises.
n
Children under 6 may attend special family and
Young People’s events only.
Services
n
Restrooms and drinking fountains are located
on both the east and west sides of the lobby. A
family restroom is available on the east side of
Balcony B. Courtesy phones are available on the
west side of the lobby.
n
An ATM for cash withdrawal is located on the
Main Floor next to the Marquette Ave. entrance.
n
Intermission beverages may be pre-ordered
before the concert at the bar locations.
n
Coat lockers are available inside the ring corridor
for 25 cents. A coat room is available in the lobby
only for designated events in the Target Atrium.
n
For Coffee Concerts, bus transportation is available
from Mount Olivet Church, Rosedale Mall and
Ridgedale Mall. Call 612-371-5656 to reserve.

For lost items, please contact stage door staff at
612-371-5626. We regret that Orchestra Hall
cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
