Sarah Hicks
is principal conductor of the Minnesota Orchestra’s Live
at Orchestra Hall series. Later this season she will collaborate with the
Orchestra in a performance with the Midtown Men, as well as a program
of music from Pixar’s popular animated films. Other highlights of her
current season include return engagements with the San Francisco
Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra and Milwaukee Symphony, as
well as debuts with orchestras including the Pittsburgh Symphony,
Cincinnati Symphony and Alabama Symphony. In 2011 she
toured with British rock icon Sting, leading 31 concerts over two
