Perched on a hill overlooking the downtown St. Paul skyline, this glorious Cathedral is a splendid venue.
Directions:
- FROM THE WEST (Minneapolis): Take I-94 East to the Marion Street exit. Turn right and proceed to John Ireland Boulevard (first right). Proceed on John Ireland to Selby and turn right. The Cathedral is located on the corner of Selby and John Ireland.
- FROM THE EAST (Wisconsin): Take I-94 West to the Marion Street exit. Turn left and cross back over I-94. Turn right on John Ireland Boulevard and proceed to Selby. Turn right on Selby. The Cathedral is located on the corner of Selby and John Ireland.
WHERE TO PARK
There is a parking lot on Selby, south of the Cathedral, with very limited space. Alternatively, street parking is available in the nearby residential area. Please plan to arrive early so you may locate parking and find your seat before the concert begins.

Located on the southeastern edge of downtown Minneapolis, Central Lutheran Church’s gothic designs, soaring interior and stained glass windows lend brilliance and depth to live music performances.
Directions:
- FROM THE WEST (I-94):
Take the 4th Street exit from I-94. (Do NOT turn right onto 3rd Avenue North.) Stay on 4th Street heading East and turn right on 3rd Avenue South. Continue on 3rd Avenue for eight blocks until 3rd Avenue veers left at the Convention Center. Follow 3rd Avenue, and Central Lutheran Church will be on your left. The entrance to our parking lot/ramp will be on your left, immediately after the church. - FROM THE WEST (I-394):
Take Downtown Exit (12th Street), and follow 12th Street South to 3rd Avenue South. Turn right onto 3rd Avenue South, which is just beyond the Convention Center. Central Lutheran Church will be on your left. - FROM THE SOUTH (I-35W):
Follow Downtown Exit signs to the 11th Street exit, and follow 11th Street to 3rd Avenue South. Turn left on 3rd Avenue South, and go one block until 3rd Avenue veers left at the Convention Center. Follow 3rd Avenue and Central Lutheran Church will be on your left. - FROM THE EAST (I-94):
Take the 11th Street exit from I-94, and follow 11th Street South until you reach 3rd Avenue South. Turn left onto 3rd Avenue South, and go one block until 3rd Avenue veers left at the Convention Center. Follow 3rd Avenue and Central Lutheran Church will be on your left. - FROM THE NORTH (I-35W):
After crossing the I-35 bridge into Minneapolis, follow exit signs for I-94 West. Take I-94 West, stay right, and take the 11th Street exit from I-94. Follow 11th Street until you reach 3rd Avenue South. Turn left onto 3rd Avenue South, and go one block until 3rd Avenue veers left at the Convention Center. Follow 3rd Avenue and Central Lutheran Church will be on your left.

Public parking is available in the church parking lot (Loop Parking), located at 1401 3rd Avenue South.

Take I-35W N toward Minneapolis. Merge onto MN-65 N via the exit on the left toward downtown exits. Take the 5th Ave. S. (MN-65) exit on the left. Stay straight to go onto S. 5th Ave. Continue to follow S. 5th Ave. Turn right onto S. 2nd St. - FROM THE WEST (I-394E):
Merge onto I-394E. Take the 3rd Ave N. / Washington Ave. exit (Exit 9C). Take the Washington Ave. ramp. Turn slight right onto N. Washington Ave. (CR-152 S.). Turn left onto S. 5th Ave. Turn right onto S. 2nd St. - FROM THE NORTH (I-35W South):
Merge onto I-35W S. Take the 4th St. SE exit (exit 18) toward University Ave. Turn right onto 4th St. SE. Turn left onto Central Ave. NE / MN-65. Continue to follow MN-65/3rd Ave. S. Turn left onto S. 2nd St. - FROM THE EAST (I-94W):
Merge onto I-94W. Take the 5th St. exit (exit 234B). Stay straight to go onto S. 5th St. Turn slight right onto S. 11th Ave. Turn left onto S. 2nd St.
