Coat Check and Baggage

There is no coat check at Orchestra Hall. However, lockers are located in the corridors just outside the auditorium doors on all levels. Lockers cost 25 cents.

To increase security for all patrons, large backpacks and bags are not allowed in the auditorium. These items must be checked at the head usher stand near the Box Office in the main lobby.

Cameras & Recording Devices

Due to contract restrictions with the Orchestra musicians and guest artists, cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Patrons are welcome to take photos in the lobby.

Cell Phones & Pagers

We ask that all paging devices, cellular phones and signal watches be turned OFF during the performance as a courtesy to others.

Emergency Information

A house physician is typically in attendance. A security officer trained in CPR and first aid is on duty beginning one hour before concerts until all patrons have left the hall. First aid supplies are available. Ask an usher for assistance.

If you are expecting an urgent call or want to leave a contact number for a babysitter, have them call the Stage Door at 612.371.5626. When you arrive at the hall, leave your seat information at the head usher stand (located next to the Box Office) so you can be found quickly.

Head Usher Stand

If questions arise at any time during your visit to Orchestra Hall, please ask one of our ushers or visit the head usher stand located near the Box Office.
