Introducing Minnesota Orchestra Music on Demand
The Minnesota Orchestra now offers music downloads recorded live at select classical concerts led by Music Director Osmo Vänskä. To celebrate, we are pleased to offer two full symphonic works, absolutely FREE through October, 2010.
Stravinsky’s Petrushka and Bruckner’s Symphony No. 7 are available now. Produced by Minnesota Public Radio, these recordings are available exclusively on the Minnesota Orchestra website – you won’t find them anywhere else. Unlike streaming audio, the music is yours to keep. All downloads are DRM-free, which means you can play them back on any media device you choose. And the 256kbps format ensures a high-quality recording that will provide superior playback for years to come.
