2018-19 Subscription Renewal

To ensure the best possible service, we offer subscription renewals in phases.

Note: The arrival date of your series renewal information (or phase in which you renew) does not impact your subscriber status, seating, series or concert request.

Advance Online Renewal [Mar 15 – Mar 31, 2018]

This online-only renewal period is intended for all renewing subscribers. You will be contacted with details in March. For earliest notice, please make sure we have a valid email address associated with your account.

Classical Same-Seat Series [Apr 2 – May 4, 2018]

This renewal period is intended for current Classical Same-Seat subscribers looking to renew their current series or make changes to their package or seat location. You will be contacted with details in March. For earliest notice, please make sure we have a valid email address associated with your account.

Create Your Own Series, Inside the Classics, Symphony in 60, Chamber, Jazz and Family Series [Apr 23 – May 25, 2018]

This renewal period is intended for current Create Your Own Series, Inside the Classics, Symphony in 60, Chamber, Jazz and Family subscribers (who prefer to mix and match concerts, dates and times to create their own personalized series). You will be contacted with details in March. For earliest notice, please make sure we have a valid email address associated with your account.

Expanded Subscription Service Phone Hours

We are pleased to offer extended phone service during the renewal period. Subscription service hours will be extended May 7-12 (for Classical Same-Seat subscribers) and May 29-Jun 1 (for Create Your Own Series, Inside the Classics, Symphony in 60, Chamber, Jazz and Family Series) to assist with subscription orders.
