Questions to Consider for Your Video or Short Narrative
(Remember, it’s okay to have fun with this! The questions below are simply guidelines for getting started.)

  • Was this your first Inside the Classics concert? What did you expect?
  • What did you think about Sarah Hicks (conductor) and/or Sam Bergman (host)?
  • Did you learn anything interesting/fun/quirky about the music or the Orchestra?
  • What was the most memorable/funny thing that happened at the concert?
  • How would you describe the concert experience to a friend?
  • Did you have fun, and of course – will you come back?
  • Anything else you want to share? We’re all ears!

Tell us your Inside the Classics Story.

Spread the word about Inside the Classics by filming a short segment about your experience after the concert. If your video is selected to appear on our website, you could win tickets to any three concerts of your choice, plus free parking!

Here’s How it Works:

  • After attending an Inside the Classics concert, use your phone, camera, laptop or other recording device to film a short video about your concert experience (videos under 5 minutes are best). Read the questions to the right for ideas!
  • Upload your video to YouTube, following the technical guidelines posted at www.youtube.com/t/creators_corner.
  • Fill out the form below, providing us with your contact information, release and link to your YouTube video.
  • Submit your video and form by November 23, 2009 to become eligible to win a 3-concert Minnesota Orchestra package plus free parking! Winner will be chosen in a random drawing.*  
  • Select videos will be posted online and may be used for other promotional purposes.
  • If filming a video isn’t a possibility for you, submit a short narrative instead (under 300 words is best). Please include your written submission along with the form below. All entries will be eligible for the prize drawing.*
