Lobby areas

Although we do not have an in-house catering service, we do regularly work with many catering services in the area.  Tables, chairs, and other furniture items (PDF) are available for your use. Security Guards billed at $38/Hr (minimum 4 hours), Ushers billed at $13/Hr (minimum 2 Hours).

Entire Lobby

The Orchestra Hall Lobby as a whole has a capacity of 1200 people (500 when seated).

Main Floor Lobby

The Main Floor Lobby has a capacity of 500 people (200 when seated).

Tier Drop

The 'Tier Drop' is a section of the Orchestra Hall lobby that is suspended one level up from the ground floor, with a stunning view of the city out the large windows onto Nicollet Mall.  Perfect for receptions or other medium sized gatherings. Capacity is 125 people standing (80 when seated).

Green Room

Peavey Plaza
