Our home for Sommerfest 2012 and our Future Classics program in January 2013 is another world-class auditorium: Ted Mann Concert Hall, adjacent to Ferguson Hall on the University of Minnesota’s West Bank campus. The lobby overlooks the Mississippi River and offers glorious views from a three-story glass wall, while the stylish, comortable concert hall interior has superb acoustics for symphonic, chamber and voice performances.

Located directly across from Rarig Center on the University of Minnesota campus, this ramp is just a brief walk from Ted Mann Concert Hall.
Drop-off Locations
There are a limited number of accessible parking spaces at Ted Mann directly in front of the venue on 4th Street.

Located across the street from the Auditorium at the Minneapolis Convention Center and just blocks from Orchestra Hall, Central Lutheran Church is an ideal venue for intimate performances of the Bach Brandenburg Concertos and for a very special return appearance by the Orchestra's former concertmaster, Jorja Fleezanis.

Central Lutheran Lot and Parking Ramp
3rd Avenue South
Parking is available in the lot and ramp one block south of 12th Street on Third Avenue, just north of the entrance for the Convention Center parking ramp.
Drop-off Locations
There are additional parking spaces for patrons with disabilities at the MCC and Central Lutheran Church ramps, but they are not connected by skyway.

- From bus/ transit: see metrotransit.org or call Metro Transit at 612.373.333. MacPhail Center for Music is within 5 blocks of the following local bus routes: 7, 10, 17, 22.
- From the Northeast: Follow 35W South and take the Washington Avenue Exit in downtown Minneapolis. Go right on Washington Avenue. Continue on Washington Avenue for seven blocks. Go right on 5th Avenue S for one block. MacPhail Center for Music is at the corner of 5th Avenue South and South 2nd Street.
- From the Northwest: Follow I- 94 East to the N 4th Street Exit in downtown Minneapolis. Continue on 4th Street for eight blocks. Go left on 5th Avenue S for three blocks. MacPhail Center for Music is at the corner of 5th Avenue South and South 2nd Street.
- From the South: Follow 35W North to the Minneapolis downtown exits. Take the 5th Avenue downtown exit. Proceed on 5th Avenue S for ten blocks. MacPhail Center for Music is at the corner of 5th Avenue South and South 2nd Street.
- From the East: Follow I- 94 westbound and take the downtown Minneapolis 5th Street exit. Turn right on 11th Avenue S. At Washington Avenue, turn left. Continue on Washington Avenue for 6 blocks. Turn right at 5th Avenue S. MacPhail Center for Music is at the corner of 5th Avenue South and South 2nd Street.
- From the West: Follow I- 394 eastbound proceed on I- 394 towards the downtown exits. Exit at 3rd Avenue N and take a right turn at Washington Avenue. Proceed on Washington Avenue for seven blocks. Turn left on 3rd Avenue S and travel one block. Turn right on South 2nd Street. MacPhail Center for Music is at the corner of 5th Avenue South and South 2nd Street.
