Parking and Drop Off Locations
The Orchestra Hall main entrance on 11th Street adjacent to Peavey Plaza is available as a convenient drop-off and pick-up location. Parking spaces for patrons with disabilities are available in the 11th and Marquette Municipal and Hilton Municipal parking ramps, which are both connected to Orchestra Hall by skyway.
Courtesy Wheelchairs: A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available, free of charge, for check-out at Guest Services on a first-come, first-served basis for transportation to and from seats.
Wheelchair Assistance: If you need assistance with your wheelchair, please bring a companion with you to the performance. Ushers will be happy to store wheelchairs and walkers during the performance if you transfer into a theater seat.
Wheelchair-Accessible Seating: Wheelchair-accessible and companion seating can be reserved on all levels of Orchestra Hall (subject to availability). All Main Floor aisles are wheelchair-accessible. Non-transferrable wheelchair seating is designated by a on the seating maps.
Swing-Arm Seating: Swing-arm seating is available in select aisle locations on the Main Floor and Rear Balconies to improve ease of transfer into a theater seat. Swing-arm seating is designated by on the seating maps.
Purchasing Accessible Seating Online: When selecting seats online, note that accessible locations are marked with this symbol . Hold the cursor over the seat location to verify that the location is accessible. The "Shopping Cart" screen will confirm your selected seat location; the "Seat Information" column will designate "Wheelchair Accessible." By purchasing these seats, you are acknowledging that you, or another member of your party, have mobility/accessibility needs. Assistive Listening Devices
Williams Sound infrared hearing enhancement devices are available free of charge at Guest Services.
Large Print Programs
Large print program information (for most Classical performances) is available by request at Guest Services.
American Sign Language Interpretation, by certified interpreters, is available for select performances featuring speakers and narrators. To check on availability, please contact Ticket Services. Please allow two weeks advance notice if you would like to suggest an ASL interpreter at a specific performance.
Service animals, such as guide dogs, are welcome. Please inform Ticket Services if you will be attending with a service animal so that appropriate accommodations can be made for you and your companion.
A Family restroom is available on the east side of the Lobby on Balcony B of Orchestra Hall. A Family restroom is also located on the west side of the Lobby for Green Room events.
An escalator is available at the skyway entrance of Orchestra Hall, traveling between Balcony A and the Main Floor. The escalator will descend prior to the concert and ascend post-concert. Elevators are located on both the east and west side of the Lobby for access to all floors.
Please be considerate of those who may have allergies or chemical sensitivities. It is recommended that you refrain from using strong perfumes and colognes so as not to distract the patrons sitting around you.
