This concert features the loudest and most colorful section of the Orchestra. Drums, mallets, gongs, cymbals, chimes, tambourines and triangles: you'll hear how they all make symphony orchestra music so exciting—and keep our percussion players hopping. You'll also meet Bernard Woma, master of the gyil (African xylophone), and his new piece for three gyils, two dancers and orchestra!
