Join the young patrons of Crescendo Project for the concert that so many have been anticipating. Garrick Ohlsson, the first American to win Poland's International Chopin Competition, here plays the composer's meltingly beautiful Piano Concerto No. 2—and reveals that his Chopin interpretations have only deepened in the years since that early triumph. And Music Director Osmo Vänskä, acclaimed for his interpretations of Beethoven, Sibelius and so many other composers, gives his first Minnesota performance of Mozart's Symphony No. 40, a touchstone of Western art.

As a Casual Event, feel free to join in for the happy hour, the concert, or both as you wish. The event is open to members and non-members alike – so come along and meet other young music lovers of the Twin Cities!
