Cities 97

Cities 97 DJ, Brian Oake, will host a pre-concert costume contest in the lobby starting at 7pm each night.

Come dressed as your favorite sci-fi character for your chance to win great prizes, including two round-trip tickets on Northwest Airlines (grand-prize), a one-night stay at Westin hotel in downtown Minneapolis with dinner at The Bank restaurant (runner-up) and tickets for two to any Minnesota Orchestra concert (third-place). Winners will be chosen each evening by a panel of five judges.

Costumes will be judged on the following criteria:

  • Authenticity
  • Workmanship
  • Overall Appearance

Participants will be scored on a point basis, 1-5 in each category with a perfect score being 15.

Please note: the costume contest is open to ticket holders for that evening's concert only. Tickets must be shown to enter the contest.
