Lobby Activities

Orchestra Hall Turns into a Movie Theater!
The Hollywood premiere lights outside Orchestra Hall will lead the way to our festive lobby – decked out with 15-foot Oscar statues, vintage popcorn wagons serving freshly-made popcorn, classic movie posters and books, plus a one-stop shop for your favorite theater candies, including Dots, Junior Mints and more! Enjoy treats inside the Hall for all performances.

For the Movie Trivia Buff in You
Are you a "Smartie" or a "Dum-Dum" when it comes to movie trivia? Look for film cans throughout the lobby filled with trivia cards and candy—Smarties or Dum-Dums for the taking—according to your right or wrong trivia answers, of course!

Or—take your seat in the Hall a little early and test your movie trivia knowledge as questions about our featured festival films are projected on a large movie screen above the stage. Learn little-known facts about The Wizard of Oz, The Gold Rush, Gone with the Wind, Ben-Hur, Citizen Kane and more!
