Day-of-Show Rush Tickets
Public and Student Rush tickets are available at the Box Office for select concerts beginning one hour prior to the performance. Call Ticket Services the day of the performance to inquire about availability at 612.371.5656 or 1.800.292.4141. Rush tickets are based on availability and may not be sold in all seating sections. Please Note: There is a limit of four Public Rush tickets per concert. Students must present a valid high school or college ID for each pair of Student Rush tickets purchased.

Now you can order Public Rush tickets for select performances in advance! Skip the line, reserve your own seats and print your tickets right at home. Upcoming concerts available in advance at the Public Rush rate are listed below. Click on the concert(s) of your choice, select your seats and place your order. Be sure to enter the promotional code RUSH to guarantee the $25 rate. Advance Public Rush tickets are available on the Main Floor in select seating sections. Q. Can I select my seat location?
A. Yes! By selecting the concert links below, you will be directed to our online ordering system and may select your own seats, and even print your tickets at home. Please Note: There is a limit of four tickets per concert and seating in Price 1 and VIP sections is unavailable. If you are attending with a larger group (10 or more people), we recommend contacting our Group Sales Department at groupsales@mnorch.org or by phone at 612-371-5662.
Q. Once I have placed an order for advance Public Rush tickets, when/how will I receive my tickets? Can I pick up my concert ticket(s)?
A. Tickets are generally mailed in 7-10 business days. Tickets purchased within 10 days of the performance will automatically be held at Will Call, unless you print your tickets at home. If you select Print-at-Home tickets, your tickets will be sent in a separate E-mail from your confirmation.
Q. Can I pay with a check or gift card?
A. No. Advance Public Rush tickets are an online-only offer; therefore you are required to use a credit card for purchase.
Q. Can I purchase advance Rush tickets for any performance?
A. Advance Public Rush tickets are generally available for more than half the concerts we present, including Classical, Pops, Inside the Classics, Jazz, Holiday, Sommerfest and Presentations. See below for a list of current concerts available. Sold-out performances or those with limited seating are not eligible. To stay informed about upcoming concert availability, sign up to receive our monthly E-mail notifications.
Q. How close to concert time can I order advance Public Rush tickets?
A. Orders will be accepted online up to two hours prior to concert start time. We may restrict availability earlier based on seating capacity. Remember: Public Rush tickets are also available beginning one hour prior to the concert (if available) at the Box Office for $25 per ticket.
Q. I bought my advance Public Rush ticket online and missed the concert. Can I use it for a concert in the future?
A. No. All Public Rush tickets purchased online are considered a final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Public Rush tickets. There are no exceptions. If you find you cannot attend a concert, make sure to pass along your ticket(s) to a friend!

Student eSaver – Just $12 per Ticket!
Upcoming concerts available at the $12 Student eSaver rate are listed below. Click on the concert(s) of your choice, select your seats, and place your order. Be sure to enter the promotional code ESAVER to guarantee the $12 Student eSaver rate. Tickets are subject to availability and may be ordered online up to 2 hours prior to concert start time. The ticket(s) you purchase cannot be printed at home and will automatically be held at Will Call for pick up. A valid student ID is required for each Student eSaver ticket ordered.

A. You will not receive an actual ticket until you arrive at the Box Office. Instead, you will receive a confirmation of your order via E-mail. You can pick up your Student eSaver ticket(s) beginning two hours prior to the performance. Bring your order confirmation, along with a valid Student ID for each ticket purchased (required). Should you lose your confirmation, a ticketing representative can access your account when you provide proof of address, phone or E-mail.
Q. Why can’t I print my tickets at home?
A. Because we require a valid Student ID for each ticket purchased, your tickets are automatically held at Will Call.

Q. Can I use my Student eSaver tickets to take a non-student to the concert?
A. Every person using a ticket reserved as a Student eSaver purchase must present a valid high school or college ID at the Box Office when picking up tickets. If your guest is not a student, we recommend that they take advantage of the Public Rush program which begins one hour prior to the concert (if available). Advance online-only Public Rush is also available at the $25 rate. Please note: Student and Public Rush tickets must be purchased in separate transactions. They cannot be combined in one basket.
Q. How do I use the eSaver rate to order my ticket and still be able to sit with my parents?
A. Unfortunately, Student eSaver tickets and Advance Rush tickets cannot be combined in the same order online. If you wish to sit together as a group, purchase your tickets through separate transactions online. You may also wait to see if Rush is available the day of the show and purchase your tickets in the Rush line at the concert. It is possible that a concert that had Advance Online Rush may not have Walk-up Rush available. Please call Ticket Services on the day of the show to confirm availability.
