The composer himself (ok, a look-alike) gives away free Viennese pastries from Rustica Bakery to morning commuters at the Orchestra Hall driveway on 11th Street, between Marquette Avenue and the Nicollet Mall, in downtown Minneapolis.

Free concert!
Join the Minnesota Orchestra for a free concert unveiling the 2005-2006 classical season, hosted by MPR’s Brian Newhouse. Music Director Osmo Vänskä signs Beethoven CDs in the Orchestra Hall lobby after the performance.

Beethoven celebrates Valentine's Day
Complimentary copies of the Orchestra’s Beethoven CD are distributed to patrons dining at selected Minneapolis restaurants — our Valentine's gift to you! Participating restaurants include Staccato, Café Lurcat and Vincent.

Look out for Ludwig at the Timberwolves game. First, he'll be hanging out in the U.S. Bank tent. Then, he joins the Timberwolves mascot, Crunch, for fun giveaways throughout the game.
