Subscription Packages
Our concert season begins in September and continues through June. Season ticket packages are available for Classical concerts, Weekender Pops and Inside the Classics. Create Your Own and EZ Ticket packages are also available, allowing you to select concerts based on your interests and schedule.
The Minnesota Orchestra performs more than 200 concerts every season, most of which are right here at Orchestra Hall. A subscription series is a set of three or more concerts packaged for your convenience at a special discounted price giving you a sampling of our many concerts. By purchasing a subscription package, not only do you save money on tickets, but you also become a subscriber and enjoy the many benefits not available to single ticket buyers. These include ticket exchanges (up to one hour prior to concert), discounts on additional tickets, priority seating, advance notice and ticket buying for new concerts, $10 Young Listener tickets and more. With the exception of renewing subscribers, Tier 3 side seats are not available for evening and afternoon Classical subscription packages (select events).

Exchange privileges: Subscribers may exchange series tickets up to one hour prior to the concert.
Fees: Subscriptions are subject to a one-time $7 processing fee. The prices listed include a non-discountable $3.50 per ticket facility fee. There are no exchange fees for subscribers with the exception of a $4.75 fee applied to exchanges occurring day of event.
Age restrictions: All concerts are open to children ages 6 and over when accompanied by an adult. We encourage children of all ages to join us for Target Free Family concerts and other designated youth programs. All children, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the concert hall. With the purchase of any regular adult subscription package, you can add a Young Listener (age 6-17) series for only $12 per concert.

Ticket Exchanges, Banking & Turnbacks
Exchanging and Banking tickets can take place up to one hour prior to the performance. Past performances, complimentary tickets, group purchases of 10 or more tickets and events not presented by the Minnesota Orchestra as well as select holiday and presentations are restricted from exchanges. Single Ticket Buyers are subject to a $4.75 per ticket exchange fee. There are no exchange fees for Subscribers with the exception of a $4.75 per transaction fee applied to exchanges occurring the day of the performance. Use our online form to bank tickets for use at another Minnesota Orchestra concert or presentation before the end of August.
If you are unable to use your concert tickets, Turnbacks for a tax-deductible contribution are also available. This applies only to tickets for performances featuring or presented by the Minnesota Orchestra. Past performances, complimentary tickets and events not presented by the Minnesota Orchestra may be restricted from turnbacks and/or tax credit. Use our online form to release unused tickets for a tax-deductible contribution up to performance start time.

Lost Tickets
A lost ticket can be replaced by Ticket Services and mailed to you unless the concert is within 10 business days. If this occurs, your new tickets will be available in the Box Office. Please Note: a reprinted ticket will render the lost ticket invalid.
Cancellations/Inclement Weather
Program changes may occur due to an artist replacement or cancellation or music selection change. It is very rare for a concert to be cancelled entirely. If a concert cancellation occurs due to weather or other conditions, announcements will be made on WCCO Radio 830AM, Minnesota Public Radio 99.5 FM and other local radio and television stations.
Should a concert cancellation occur, please hold on to your tickets, and we will contact you with options. We also encourage you to sign up for E-Alerts at tickets@mnorch.org, or call 612.371.5656. The Minnesota Orchestra values your support and privacy. We will never sell or trade your email address.
Rush Tickets
Discounted tickets (called “Rush” tickets) are available for select concerts beginning one hour prior to the performance. Public Rush tickets are priced at $25. High School and College Student Rush tickets are $15, with a current valid student ID. Call Ticket Services the day of the performance to inquire about availability at 612.371.5656 or 1.800.292.4141. Rush tickets are subject to availability and may not be sold in all seating sections.
Student Discount Opportunities
Rush tickets for high school and college students are $15 for each student with a valid student ID. They are available for select concerts beginning one hour prior to most performances. Tickets are not limited to Minnesota residents. Call Ticket Services the day of the performance to inquire about availability at 612.371.5656 or 1.800.292.4141. Rush tickets are subject to availability and may not be sold in all seating sections.

Student groups of 10 or more pay only $10 for most Minnesota Orchestra concerts. Reservations may be made in advance at any time. Students (ages 18+) must show a valid student ID at the Box Office to pick up series tickets.
Children
All concerts are open to children ages 6 and over when accompanied by an adult. Children of all ages are encouraged to join us for our Target Free Family Concerts, Young People’s Concerts, WAMSO Kinder Konzerts and other youth programs. With the purchase of any regular subscription package, you can add a Young Listener Package for $12 per concert. This is a perfect way to introduce your Young Listener (age 6-17) to thrilling music at Orchestra Hall. We also program family concerts during the winter holidays and at our annual summer festival, Sommerfest, in July/August. Check the concert calendar for details.
All children, regardless of age, must have a ticket adjacent to an adult to enter the hall. Your child is free to sit on your lap as long as his/her head can fit underneath your chin. Taller children seated on a parent’s lap can block the view of other patrons seated in rows behind.

For single ticket purchases, there are no service charges for in-person transactions at the Orchestra Hall Box Office located at 11th street and Marquette Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. There is a $4.75 service charge per transaction for all phone and online orders. Single ticket prices listed include a non-discountable $3.50 per ticket facility fee.
